Black Hills Shotokan Karate Center (BHSKC) opened in 2025. Our parent organization is the Shotokan Karate Center International (SKC). The SKC was founded by Karate Master Ahmad Mazhari in 1982. SKC branches are:

Under the direction of Sensei Mazhari, Chuck Aulner opened the Black Hills Shotokan Karate Center in Custer, SD. In keeping with Sensei Mazhari's philosophy, we are committed to offering high quality training in Shotokan Karate to the Black Hills community. Check out our schedule for training dates and times.
